The Dwight Global Leaders Academy is the very place! It offers a two-week intensive program focused on developing of leadership skills so that every young leader can not only plan but execute and promote their own service project. The main aim of DGLA is to produce new competent generation of leaders, whose innovations will bring a great benefit to the society. DGLA converts young people’s energy and enthusiasm into successful achievements.
The Dwight Academy will take place on Vancouver Island, in a period from 27th of July to 10th of August, and will open its doors for students from over the world. Last year, the program was finished by students from 25 countries and some of them entered such top universities as Princeton, Harvard, Yale, Oxford.
Such famous personalities as Mayor Michael Bloomberg, football player Dhani Jones, tennis player Monica Seles and others have participated in educational process and trained students too.

we people need to become good leaders
It is hard when the country itself have/has leaders with bad integrity and honesty.
a good leader is the one who is in the right time, in the right place, doing the right things. He have a lot of ppl w/called leaders but not all of them have the iniciative to help when it’s need. When I see a leader doing this things s/he don’t need too much effort to gain my respect.
